Ticker Decoded explains public company filings in plain English for educational purposes. Nothing on this site or in our emails is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Do your own research and consider speaking with a licensed professional.

Data accuracy

Figures come from SEC filings (XBRL), Yahoo Finance (delayed prices and analyst consensus) and third-party news. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we link to sources so you can check. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, overload or resell the service, or try to get around the lookup limits. We may rate-limit or block traffic that harms the service.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email; there is no password. Keep access to your inbox secure, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Pro subscription

Pro costs $5 USD per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and we don't give partial-month refunds except where the law requires. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. Pro gives unlimited lookups and daily digests; it does not include any investment advice.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any losses or decisions made using information from this site or our emails.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
